Plum Cobbler

Ingredients

4 cups plums, pitted and cut into large chunks
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 cup flour
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 egg, beaten
1/2 cup butter, melted

Directions:

In a 10x10-inch casserole, mix the plums and the brown sugar. In a separate bowl, mix the dry ingredients together and add the egg. Mixture will be crumbly. Place over plums and drizzle with melted butter. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes. Serve warm.
